Which dogs is the salon suitable for?
Every breed and every size — from the Chihuahua to the Newfoundland. Our salon is equipped for very large breeds too, which are often turned away elsewhere. Prices are based on weight: Small up to 10 kg, Medium 10–25 kg, Large 25 kg and over.
What does grooming cost?
A full groom starts at €75 for small dogs, bath and blow-dry at €42, nail care at €15. All prices are graded by size and listed in full on the “Services & prices” page. They are guide prices for well-maintained dogs — for heavy matting or an unusual amount of work we charge by time, always after discussing it with you first.
How long does an appointment take?
That depends on the service and the size of your dog: nail care takes around 30 minutes, a full groom 2 to 3 hours depending on size, and hand stripping with a bath up to 4.5 hours for large dogs. You can see the exact duration for every service before you book.
Can I book online?
Yes. On the “Book an appointment” page you choose your service and the size of your dog and immediately see every free slot. You then receive a confirmation by email.
What should I bring to the appointment?
Please bring your dog's vaccination record. Take your dog for a walk beforehand and bring them as dry and brushed as possible — that shortens the appointment and is gentler on the coat.
How can I pay?
You can pay in cash, by EC card (girocard) or by credit card.
Is there parking at the salon?
Yes, and it is free. You can park on the street directly outside the salon on Miersdorfer Straße 26A — no parking disc and no time limit. There are more spaces in the neighbouring side streets such as Bremer Straße and Freiligrathstraße, and plenty of kerbside room in front of the building for drop-off and pick-up.
How do I get to the salon?
By car via Miersdorfer Straße, about 750 metres north of the Miersdorfer See. Driving times are 3 to 5 minutes from Zeuthen, 5 to 7 from Eichwalde, 8 to 10 from Waltersdorf and the BER area, and 10 to 12 from Königs Wusterhausen. By public transport: the bus stop Schulzendorf (LDS), Bremer Str. is about 200 metres away, a two- to three-minute walk. The nearest S-Bahn stations are Zeuthen and Eichwalde.
From what age can my puppy come?
From 8 weeks. The puppy introduction for dogs up to 6 months is a gentle first salon visit: we get the puppy used to bathing, drying, brushing and grooming tools at their own pace, laying the groundwork for relaxed appointments later in life.
My dog is anxious or sometimes reacts aggressively. Can they still come?
Yes — just book online and mention it in the notes when you book, or give us a call beforehand. If we know in advance what your dog needs, we plan in more time and the calmest possible setting. At Greeny's Hundesalon every appointment moves at the dog's pace.
Do you groom cats as well?
Not at present — we specialise exclusively in dogs.
Do you offer show grooming?
Our focus is on grooming family and companion dogs. We groom each coat in keeping with the breed, and to suit your dog's needs and everyday life. We don't currently offer show grooming or preparation for dog shows.
Which areas do your customers come from?
The salon is in Schulzendorf and is easy to reach from Zeuthen, Eichwalde, Wildau, Miersdorf and Königs Wusterhausen.
How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
The link to reschedule or cancel is in your confirmation email. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice where possible, so we can offer the slot to someone else.
