Why the salon is called Greeny's Hundesalon — and what that has to do with dog grooming.
Hello everybody, and thank you for visiting our website.
I'm Yajnaseni (Yagna), the founder of
Greeny's Hundesalon.
But first, let me introduce you to Greeny.
Greeny was a beautiful ginger cat with emerald-green eyes who once lived on the streets of Bangalore, India. One day, she chose my sister and her boyfriend as her humans and became part of our family. She was fiercely independent, like a little warrior queen. Her way of showing me affection was simple: she would suddenly rub herself against my leg, and that was it.
We lost our beautiful Greeny to cancer in 2024, leaving an unfillable void in my heart. With her in mind, I decided to dedicate the next chapter of my professional life to the wellbeing of our four-legged friends.
I grew up surrounded by stray dogs and cats in India and have been caring for and grooming family and friends' dogs since I was young. When I decided to turn this passion into my profession, I undertook intensive professional training in dog grooming, learning about grooming techniques, tools, products, and the professional standards of working with dogs in Germany.
With Greeny's Hundesalon, I want to create a place where every dog is treated as an individual, with respect and empathy.
Every dog is unique and deserves patience, understanding and care tailored to their needs.

Our approach
At Greeny's Hundesalon, every dog's wellbeing comes first. We work calmly, patiently and with professional equipment — so that even anxious dogs can enjoy their visit. Every appointment moves at your dog's pace.

From the Chihuahua to the Newfoundland — our salon is equipped for every size, including the really large breeds. Professional-grade equipment means gentle, thorough, high-quality results, even with dense undercoat or heavy matting.
